To Anybody Who Competes

peanut butter

I like to eat peanut butter when dieting.But only when i am cycling up my fats and my carbs are very low.

How is your vitamin content.Are you taking a strong multi vitamin with all your meals?

Consider supplementing extra iron, all B's, and zinc.

flex---stick to your plan---your fine---you started out very lean so just by tightening your diet is enough to play with your head-----Don't just throw fats in there without adjusting your cals. And if you are going to add fats--use them on your low carb days only------But I really believe that one would be better off--keeping them to a min..and raising the protein intake so instead of eating protein say every 2 hrs--bump to every hour or hour and 1/2--just my opinion( but stick to your plan---you know what your doing)

You might want to get a massage-it will help with your overall well being.
As far the diet if you are eating some oatmeal or even rice maybe add in some ground flax seeds.
