Good post bro..you gotta put in your time and dedication to the sport and yourself ,it takes blood sweat and tears for years...not just juice...

wow, what words of wisdom. It is nice to here that. Alot of people dont understand that it is much more than just how big you are, i lift weights to better myself as a whole person, not to just be a monster. The gear has changed my life, and i will be forever greatful for that. I have only been lifting for 3 years, but it has changed me forever, hard work and dedication has been the key to my success, when my college buddie go out to drink , i go but i drink water, because i know what alcohol does to your muscles and hard work. It is tough but worth it in the long run. Thnx stew:D

I am not a bodybuilder but a powerlifter and I achieved pretty good natural lifts -- 683sq, 480bp, and 655dl for a 1783 total@230lbs. However I hit a wall and my squat didn't movefor almost 3 years along iwth my dl. I finally 6 month ago went on -- I will belifting in the nationals next month and finally hope to get my 700+ sq and 500+ bp. We'll see though. I spent years getting strong naturally and went on when i was 31 y/o. I thought my wife would shit when I told her and she really surpised me -- she said I have worked long and hard, do it, but do it right and as safe as practical. I knew guys that started taking shit when they were oonly squatting 500 pounds and they are gone now, not lifting, not competeing nothing. Get strong naturally then decide if you want the stuff.
