I read about this guy. He can run a mile in 5 mins, weighs 200lb at 5`8 at like 5% body fat and has a best squat of 280kg and best dead of 270kg and he can do 37 pull ups.
Thats fucking awesome all round ability!
I respect the big guys who compete at 220+,. but their cv capacity is usually shit, with high BP for the most and higher bf year round.
How easy would it be for someone to be super fit doing a few hours hard cv a week and keep low bf with excellent strength year round?

I guess you have never been to a " NFL " game ?

220- 240 -250 lb defensive backs are quite common and most of them can run like the fuckin wind !! Not to mention hit like a frieght train ...

Your body is an adaptive mechanism and will become what you ask of it ... it's all in how you train and of cource god given genetics surely help :)
