I read about this guy. He can run a mile in 5 mins, weighs 200lb at 5`8 at like 5% body fat and has a best squat of 280kg and best dead of 270kg and he can do 37 pull ups.
Thats fucking awesome all round ability!
I respect the big guys who compete at 220+,. but their cv capacity is usually shit, with high BP for the most and higher bf year round.
How easy would it be for someone to be super fit doing a few hours hard cv a week and keep low bf with excellent strength year round?
