So this whole week I've been working in recruitment, which I HATE, they saw I'm a psychologist and pulled me off the phones so I can instead call hundreds of dudes who are applying to work with US, Im tired of having the same conversation over and over and over again, where are you from, tell me about urself, where di you learn English, what are your weaknesses and streenghts in the work environment... jeeez... someone kill me....

Iwas once interviewing a guy (I work for IBM) So I'm like, tel me a bit about your experience. He's like, well, I am not aloud to talk about most of my experience as it's "top secret" and probably way above my head anyways! lol...
I actually laughed out loud @ the guy..

Yeah I got one from Hewlett Packard who wrote on his resume "I am not allowed to discuss the reasons why I left the company" WTF

IBM outsources here too, they work in the 2nd floor of my building....

One lady I interviewed said her weakness was "not watching the clock." (I'm thinking dedicated and gets the job done.)
"So I'll go on breaks and forget to come back".
I forgot to call her back.
