Tired on Test

EVer since I started my 500 mg/wk sus and 500mg/wk dec cycle I have feel sluggish and tired during the day. Does anyone else get this way? What could be the cause? Solution?
A redbull 45mins prior to the gym at 6pm and I'm a raging bull in the gym till about 9.... dinner then bed.

Is it the Test or the deca or the combo? Your insight is help full...

Also, your Test to Deca ratio should be switched. That could be a reason for you being slugish. Either up the Test to 750mg/wk or lower the Deca to 300mg/wk. Are you using Cabaser for the Deca? It helps with mood while on Nandrolones. What are you using for AI; how's your diet etc...?

taking letrozole and arimadex and water intake is about a gallon a day. Diet is strong at about 4000 calories 7 meals a day 2 hours a part. Very clean with lean meats, chicken and fish, veggies and protein supps. Just FYI started at 208 16% now at 226 7.5%. Bench went from i rep max of 325 to 415 leg press max at 1690 and staright bar curls 160lbs. the mass is coming and the fat is leaving.... no joint pain... just sluggish during the day.
 
It could be dirty test. I get that sometimes if the test is a little dirty but it goes away after a few weeks. Only once it got so bad I had to quit and that was Golden Triangle test. Upping the test and dropping the deca is worth a try of some Cabaser is worth a try to. Cabaser helps my mood a little and keeps the night sweets down when on tren but I never noticed it giving me energy.

Water intake should be at least a gallon. Not "about" a gallon ok? :-)

You have tooooooo much BF bro! And excessive amount of BF! And you eating all that food is NOT going to help you lose all that blubber. My suggestion is prior to bulking up (from what I can see that is what you are trying to do). Is to go a cutting cycle/diet first.

And for gods sake man! Drop the anti-e's! Like 3 years ago I began to take Letro. Within a week I had a limp dick. Couldn't and didnt' want to get out of bed. Felt so unmovtivated all dday long. And my joints began to hurt from the lack E in the body.

And BTW...Dostine (cabasar) won't do jack for your lethargy ok! That is strictly for prolactin!

you gained 18 pounds and dropped 8.5% BF????
 
Shit sorry..misread that part. Yeah..he can lose all that. Think about it bros. There is NO ESTROGEN in his body! All 100% androgens. Hence the burning of fat. But damn!!! No E means either low or NO libido. And lethargy is for sure without E.
 
Cath, you recommend no Anti-E's during cycle? Just run the gear? When do you introduce anti-e's then? Only on the onset of gyno?
 
I think Cath is saying that running anti-E's may be necessary, but what he is taking is probably WAY too much. You need some Estrogen in your body in order to function and feel good. When it drops too low, you get tired and lose your sex drive.

I feel best with my Estrogen (E2) in the lower 25% of the normal range.

I don't understand why more guys on cycles don't do basic bloodwork. It is so cheap compared to the cost of many things in the cycle and will help you keep things in check (particularly Estrogen).

You made some really good gains, but I missed the timeframe in which you did this. You say that you're spending 3 hours in the gym as a raging bull on a caffeine stimulant. I got into that habit, too. After a while it didn't make up for something....overtraining and fractured sleep.

I love working out, but after a few days of intense, long workouts, I find I have a difficult time keeping my daily business schedule together. I'm also always tired. Maybe you're sleeping perfectly, but the gains you've made make it appear you've put 110% of yourself into your diet and exercise program. Rest is where you build the muscle.

Are you being fair to yourself here or addicted to the rush at the gym?
It's a valuable question to help you keep yourself balanced in your goals. That is unless you're a paid professional BB who only needs to eat, workout and sleep :)
