I fell ya bro. When I started I was 5'11" and 140. I remember somebody have to pull 135 off my chest. Now I warm up with sets of 20 of it. Point is it takes time. Yeah, there are some assholes in the gym I know for a fact I have been guilty of it at times when I'm in a bad mood. But for the most part we are all pretty decent folks. Like it was stated earlier most of us are quiet and reserved around people we don't know. Just show up everyday and train hard. After awhile somebody will offer advice on training and diet. good luck
