tips to get the security deposit back?

house + pool +4 dudes + 1 chic + party/drinking + near bars + dog = destoryed house

so....we cleaned the shit out of it...some scuffs and shit but it looks damn good rented a carpet cleaner, cleaned the floors (nasty) emptied the pool and then raked the rocks (yes front lawn is all rocks)

any tips to get it back? i mean its 2500 dollars so ya it will be nice to have it back

fuck....... I am gotta go back to AZ to on the 31st for the walk thru...just ask "Ok i need the security deposit"
