I have done both quads back and fourth but now I see to be getting much pain eveyrtime I try to hit the quads so I want to switch to gluts...
I heard it tough to do yourself but not impossible.
I go for the upper outer glut and stick it in all the way? 1 inch? and deplete....thats it? no nerves to worry about back there? There are a rediculous amount of nerves in my legs so I almost got discouraged to continure cycling becasue I hit a freaking vein every time. only going in a half inch
