This is an awesome post, but I do have 1 question. It states:
Negative Cal foods: I agree with the veggies, but the fruits listed? I dont believe these 2 be negative cals and that you can eat all the fruit you want, when dieting.

I agree all the fruits and vegetables listed can be negative calories but 'only' under the following conditions:
1. Eaten on a completely empty stomach. (About 4-8 hours after the last meal)
2. The person is not on a starvation diet (under 1000 cals) or fasting.
3. Eaten in small quantities. One medium/large apple which is 40-80 calories can be eaten and take around 50-140 calories to digest (sites and studys vary..). As for eating 2 or more I think your right. Thanks for clearing that up Themache01!!!
Comments are welcomed by all. Since this was a rush job there are probily alot more clarifications/corrections I could make, and I would love to make them if others are found...
Just remember I'm no expert and this information is strictly subjective...
WOW, did you really just make all of this up? There are some great suggestions in there. I'm printing it off for future reading when I feel like binging. Thanks for the great info!

About 70% or so I 'thought' up, but I'm sure other people have had the same ideas as me so I can't say there mine...
I invite anyone to print thereself a copy and read it when needed but I would just ask people to please not post this on other boards without first notifying me. There are just some places I would not want this information to go.. Thanx.
