Time to Shred It - Suggestions?

Guys, just wanting some suggestions of supps to take during my fat cutting phase of training over the next few weeks. For reference, I just completed my Diesel starter stack about a week ago which you can find here: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/b...earritos-diesel-starter-stack-log-657765.html
I dropped about 3% BF during that cycle and now I wanna hold on to as much of that muscle gained as possible and drop another 5-6% BF over the next couple or three months.

So let's have it guys. What should I take!?!?

Are you still in PCT? If so, keep eating at or above your new maintenance kcal to keep that added mass. I would wait at least a month or so after PCT before starting a cut. Lipoflame and Lipostim3 would be a good bet for that cut.

Oh yeah, definitely still in PCT. I have upped my cals compared to when I was on the cycle and I've actually gained another pound. Thanks for the suggestion of waiting until PCT is complete....that is probably a good idea. I have read about LipoFlame already, but will go do some research on Lipostim3. Thanks bro.

I agree with SL (ignore his avatar). You're only about a week into PCT. I know how you feel, when I came off I was itching to drop some fat too. I've had my cals about at maintenance, but I started 40 min cardio and changed my training to muscle overload training with higher reps, less weight and 30-45 seconds of rest (get a stop watch, you don't need getting distracted by some cute tail on the elliptical machine and before you know it 2 min. passed). I've dropped water weight and a little mass from getting rid of the SuperPump250, SizeOn, whole milk, etc., but I'm still just as strong and I def. look leaner most notably in my legs.

Here's a comparo

Legs at the end, bigger but more bloated

Legs today 3 weeks into PCT training in the above fashion. I need to shave and they would look a bit better

I would wait till after the PCT too. You can always run a ECA stack as long as you're eating plenty of clean food and doing some HIIT I think you'd see some gnarly drops in BF. I did that method a couple of years ago and it worked great!

Yeah, I can definitely see that change in your legs man. Great improvement! It is crazy how just being off the Diesel has made me all of the sudden feel like a fat slob...even though I KNOW I look as good as I did a week ago, I just don't feel the same! I will add some cardio back in and try some higher rep/intensity workouts and see what happens.

Rick, did the HIIT training impact your strength levels negatively? I normally stick to longer duration lower intensity cardio to try and get the fat burning without the muscle sacrifice. Any opinion on that?

Thanks

Yeah I had one night, probably 3 days into PCT and I just finished a glass of whole milk and a needto bar and I was like "Damn I feel like a fat piece of crap." So i just made some minor tweaks to my diet and started the cardio and overload training. I did two weeks of overload training followed by a week of heavy training. I didn't lose much strength, the issue I am having is I am no longer retaining the fluid I once had around my joints, so squats have been an issue. I don't feel weaker, but I've lowered the weight to avoid injury to my knee's.

One thing we did share in common was doing heavy barbell military press and flat bench. My shoulders were killing me as were yours. The two weeks of overload training really helped and by the third week when I did heavy bench and shoulders again I was pain free at 225lbs military and 315lbs max bench.

So I'm doing two weeks of overload training and one week heavy, then back to overload training again. I like it so far.

In my opinion, if anything it will make you stronger. I think doing a reall hard reall quick HIIT cardio session like sprinting stadium stairs or just 40 yrd sprints both for like 12 min each will make really develop your fast twitch muscle fibers. I've done this a lot and it always helps my squats. I've only shedded BF on it too never muscle... Just my two cents. Plus I hate aerobic workouts. I try to be anerobic as much as possible.
