That stuff isn't bad Nan. I have Kava King stuff at your recommendation and I got the real stone ground root you mix by hand and then strain through a nylon stocking. The strength of the real stuff can't compare to the powdered instant stuff but it's good.

It relaxes the crap out of you while still being able to focus. Doesnt impair cognitive skills.
It tastes like dirt water but it relaxes you and gives you a buzz big time. To get the same buzz I'd have to drink two full bottles of wine. With kava it's the same feeling but no impairment.
It probably tastes better than kava.
