My elbows are shot from all the close-grips, crap, I think I need to take like 2 weeks for any arm stuff, It feels like tendonitis, I might as well hit the squats hard now and a little more frequently
I think an upper body rest is in need
, I think the problem is my strength is supassing my tendons ability to catch up. maby i need a joint fuel pill or some vitamin
