Time for a rest I think?

My elbows are shot from all the close-grips, crap, I think I need to take like 2 weeks for any arm stuff, It feels like tendonitis, I might as well hit the squats hard now and a little more frequently:D

I think an upper body rest is in need:mad: , I think the problem is my strength is supassing my tendons ability to catch up. maby i need a joint fuel pill or some vitamin :(

Get some glucosamines and go hit up a deep tissue massage therapist...
My bet is your tricep is EXTREMELY tight... Try massaging it really deep when you are in the shower... kind of tug on it while putting a lot of pressure while the water is beading off it
 
You might need a break, you never know... I am always sure to take a week off every now and then, usually ever 6 months or so... sometimes, I'll take a week off every 4 months... or so on.

If not, you might want to try some active recovery... Zyg has made quite a few posts on this. Basically, you work through your injury, cut down on the weight and get your body back to normal by easing it back ...
