Cardio

also once you start to build Clean muscle ( not fat) it will not only increase basal metabolic rate but also will have a "redistribution effect" and help give the illusion of SMALLER MID SECTION

cardio and diet will not do anything for loose skin around your stomach.
actually it would make it look even worse since you have less to fill in the skin. This is not an issue of a smaller mid section but loose excessive skin.
Its like wearing a Tshirt thats too big and hangs loose in front. If you decrease the mass it will make it look even bigger.

I have talked to 2 different plastic surgeons about this (have the same problem). Both told me that its only so much you can do about thightening up your skin using creams etc. Its also depend on your genetics and age. I almost had the surgery done since one of the docs owed me some money for work we did and it would not have cost me that much out of pocket. But I want to loose some more fat first.

>> It DEPENDS on a lot of factors .

1- Genes ( skin elasticity and it's capacity to adapt to a new body is really a matter of genes )

2- Age

3- How much weight was lost

4- How FAST the weight was lost ( slowly = good , fast = bad )

5- Lifestyle ( no drink = good , no smoke = good , the other way around = bad )

6-water intake

7- sleep quality

And tons of other things . He may need surgery or he may not . Only time will tell . In my case it is easy to tell the skin was STRETCHED BEYOND it's capacity due to the stretch marks . So , I will probably need surgery unless TITAN LASER can do miracles .

Jesus, well look like a have a few cards stacked against me.

1- Genes: BOTH MY PARENTS ARE COWS

2- Age: 38

3- How much weight was lost: 30-35 POUNDS

4- How FAST: iVE SERIOUSLY LOST THIS WEIGHT LIKE 10 TIMES. THE LAST TIME WAS SLOWLY AND WITH EXCERCISE, BUT BEFORE I LOST IT EVERY WAY EXCEPT STICKING A TOOTHBRUSH DOWN MY THROAT:)

5- Lifestyle: EX-DRINKER, EX-SMOKER = PROLLY NOT GOOD:)

6-water intake: NOW, HERE'S MY CHANCE TO SHINE. I DRINK A FUCK LOAD OF WATER.

7- sleep quality: WHILE A YOUNGIN' I BURNED THE CANDLE AT BOTH ENDS, BUT NOWADAYS IF I DONT GET MY 8, SOMEBODY IS IN TROUBLE.

Hmmmm, not looking too good, is it?

>> LOL , I saw the pics , and I might say I was fatter than you for sure , but I also had more muscle mass . It seems to me that you were NOT above 20 % while I was 27 % although I had more muscle , my body fat was way higher .

At 38 years old, I'd look into surgery. For the younger guys that have a similar problem, you need not to worry as your skin still has a great deal of elasticity remaining. Androgen's and GH will also help. If you cycle i'd just limit it to things like tren, test (no more than 500 mg), eq, primo, winstrol, anavar, etc. Steer clear from hi dose test, dbol, deca, and anything else that will bloat you and raise your estrogen levels.
