been fat most of my life. lost, gained, wash-rinse-repeat many times. i always dieted without exercise.
im 38 now.
Two years ago, i started working out and have lost and kept off the weight (30 pounds), but the skin around my stomach now hangs like an empty parachute. Increased biceps/quads filled up the excess skin on arms/legs and im pretty happy about everything cept for stomach.
Im very careful with fat intake, drink lots of water, 3 days x cardio and an extensive stomach program 4 days a week. i have a nice six pack, but unforunately the only way to see it is to pull the skin down like a T-shirt.
there is still some fat, tho very little, on stomach. it seems that the more weight i lose on my stomach, the more it hangs and the worse it looks.
is surgery the only answer?
any tips would be much appreciated!
