I feel your pain man. I used to hate the bench too. But right now im enjoying all of my movements. Mostly because there all progressing.
but i know exactly what your talking about
lying against that soft padded bed, and pushing up a weight with the least muscled part of your body, in a position that dosent occur outside of that movement.
