DB shoulder press:
3 warmup sets+ 3 working sets (reverse pyramid) 4-8-12 reps
DB Laterals
3 working sets 10-15 reps
Machine Rear Delts:
3 working sets 10-15 reps
 
do you actually have a rear delt machine in your gym or are you sitting backwards on a chest fly machine and doing it that way?
 
i actually have a rear delt machine in my gym. pretty incredible when you think about it..we dont even have a lying hamstring machine.

yeah we don't have a rear delt machine. i wouldn't even know what one looks like if i saw one. so instead i usually do the overly gay rear delt movement i like to call "sex with a bench" where you lie face down on an incline bench(straddling it of course) with a couple of dbs. looks really impressive and also your face is jammed into the bench which is comfortable as hell. i might as well have a coke bottle coming out of my ass when i'm doing those.

so you are stuck with stiff legged deads for hammies?? what are you sl dl'ed with now? last i heard you were up around 350 for reps. HYOOOOOOGE
 
yeah, SLDL and seated leg curls. its ok.

actually i have gone down on the SLDL..some people on THIS board told me not to do SLDL heavy, instead try to do them slow. and i do them without a belt now too.

i did however do 350 on deadlifts this week. pretty cool, never done that before.
 
i think its the fact that some belive it to be a isolation movment..something it could be ofcourse..but i dont have to worry about it..Havoc has given me strict instructions 10-15 reps..and there is a limit on how heavy i can go then,
 
lol isolation exercise. what kind of shit is that? find me an exercise that uses that many muscles and can exhaust me to the point that sl dls do. tricep kickbacks are isolation
