Throwing my Clen away

That shit is garbage. Been on a 100mcg ramp up for the last two weeks. I leave work everyday with a pounding headache, terribly lethargic, shaking like a leaf. Not to mention the cardiac damage potential. No thanks.

Started T-Rex today. Feel energized and good, no shakes, no headaches, and best of all...no appetite. Cheaper, safer, and effective. Easy decision. :artist:

just hope you don't struggle to get your daily protein intake with no appetite.
 
after running clen for 4 days i stopped.. i actually felt like i was sick the whole time i was on it.. felt like the flu or something.. and i kept peeing on the wall at the public restrooms because i couldnt even hold my dick still my hands were shaking so bad..

we get the point....that last sentence is a little too extreme to believe....Michael J. Fox doesnt even have that problem....(although I heard he had a prosthetic dick holder surgically implanted).

Try going to a sushi bar and working chop sticks on 200mcg. I literally could not make it work.

I don't rate Clen either, tried Thermorexin but i prefer Hydroxycut.

There are lots of stronger alternatives like RAGE "an ECA stack" but yes your right i think clen is a waste of money.
 
I like clen, nothing else can make me lose 6 pounds in three days. Sides are rough for sure though, long term T3 is much preferred for me. Trex and T3 are all you really need to lose fat though.

smoking it and IV use is extremely addictive and terribly hard on your body
 
Clen is crap. You lose muscle on it too; I don't care what anyone says. I got my bf checked twice a week on it and lost just as much muscle as fat. That would also explain why I felt weak and lethargic.

IME clen really only was effective the first time. after that minimal effectiveness, even with long lay offs. Really get more benefits from Pure ephedrine and caffeine or thermorexin/cardio breeze. Currently running CB + Red Blast (took a break from RB while using EC)... enough acronyms in there? :p
 
I remember years ago when I was making a couple gal batch of liquid clenbuterol, there was a slight accident. When I opened the bag of clen, the bag burst open causing clen to get everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn’t wearing my chemical mask when this happened.

When the bag burst, I probably inhaled several mg of clen. For those that don’t know their conversion table, that equals several BOTTLES of clen. Although I didn’t feel the clen until about 20 min later, I knew I was fucked rigth then and there.

Needless to say, I spent about 2 days in the ER on the verge of death, battling a pounding heart that almost gave out despite constant administration of beta-blockers. When you take this much clen, everything in your body is in hyper drive. I remember when I puked, my stomach contracted so much I felt like someone was hitting me in the stomach with a slug hammer.

Moral of the story: clenbuterol scares the shit out of me.

don't know much about clen but I am taking albuterol(similar to clen) and I noticed increased strength, faster recovery
 
Time and time again I heard Macro state that Trex is not to be used with a low carb diet...and I had assumed my diet was high enough at 15-20% carbs on a 2k diet...but it wasn't. My first week on Thermorexin I felt nearly nothing every dose I took, except my stomach got sick a lot. Now my carbs are higher because I've learned my body thinks low carb diets suck, and the trex is having a much greater effect.

My only issue is in the morning it still makes me pretty sick when I take it on an empty stomach...that and by my 2nd to third dose I am getting headaches. It seems that when I am tired (note: I still sleep 8 hours, but that just isn't enough for me)...by my third dose of 2 caps I have a terrible headache, but usually ibuprofen can take that away. Stupid caffeine...

On a side note, I'm still making gains in the gym after dieting for 3 weeks, hitting PR's in the 5x5 every week...I don't know if I can attribute this to the extra energy from the supplements, or if this diet just works for me.

I gotta throw in my 2 cents here. I take clen in pretty low doses. In fact, low enough that sides are not a big concern. I start with 10 mcg and ramp up to 70 and then back down over course of two weeks. During my last aas cycle my arms got up to 17" pumped, small, but an improvement for me. After I came off and water dropped, they dropped down a little. A couple weeks later started my clen, worked out hard and kept my diet tight with moderate/high fat and protein and moderate carbs (150-250 per day) and, guess what, my arms are back up to 17" inches pumped. I know that is because of hard work, but a couple weeks of clen at reasonable doses certainly didn't shrink them, plus, yes I lost a little fat- again some hard work. In conclusion, my personal opinion is that clen is good in moderation and you'll notice it's effects if you are one of the people it works on. I've never gained muscle and lost fat at the same time before- not that it was a crazy, dramatic difference, but the calipers and measuring tape, not to mention the mirror tell the story for me.

increase water intake and/or carbs... most common causes of headache or lethargy are low blood glucose and dehydration.

what is your carb and water intake at currently?
