Its been three weeks since I got back to pushing the iron. Been doing Needsize's 5x5 and doing alright with it. 5 more weeks and Ill post the size gains. latest work out went like this
monday
All weights are up from when I started,( Love that muscle memory)
Flat bench 5x5 @255
Incline db press2x8 @85 ( its the biggest db I have)
declinebarbell 2x8 @ 185
Tues
Deadlift 5x5 @ 255
Bar rows 3x10 @155
Lat pull 3x10 @ 150
pull up till fail
Barbell curl 5x5 @ 110 ( dropped in weight since I do back also))
cable preacher curls drop set
incline dumbell curls drop set
Tonight is Legs
