I workforamajor shipping company, I deliver to a south central part of a major city, pretty bad part of town, a transcient got pissed because of where i have to park whom ive never seen but twice in one week has told me that he will kill me the next time he sees me there and brandished a gun, what do i do? carry a weapon and protect myself, or stand up and fight, request a transfer to a different area? cops were called and a statement was given but i need advice please im pretty stressed out.

hey, if you think you can win a gunfight, go for it. problem is, is that he's gonna have to pull his gun or do something similar to make it legal for you to gun him down. get another job.

look, man, they can't make you put yourself at risk. don't ever let some fucking asshole put you in a situation where you might get hurt. do your best to get transfered or something. or just don't deliver to the place and throw their shit in the trash. tell them that the bum who threatened you must be stealing from the truck, too......he robbed me; they're not looking out for you, so you gotta do what you gotta do. shit, i had a mailman who was terrified of my dog and made me keep my front door shut, or i wouldn't get my mail. sounds like that same scenario.....

It's hard to win a gun fight without a gun. If you can legally carry one - do. Like HT says the skell will have to brandish his before you can use yours, and then you'll have to answer a lot of questions assuming you win, and most likely you'll be fired. Logic dictates to avoid the confrontation if at all possible.
