When the myth was broken: that all these goliaths of the 60's and 70's of arnolds days were products of hormonal(drug) manipulation, the stigma of BB was seriously effected. But back then it was the "stuff" to take to get the results everyone wanted but there was no public knowledge of the truth behind their quantum leaps in size from their predacesors in the 40's and 50's just the unabashed awe of what people were seeing. In an interview with barbara walters I believe arnold did admit his use of aas in his day. Patronizing it as what everyone was doing then to keep up with the competative edge. Knowledge of the longterm risks were not clearly known then and teen and young adult drug use were primarily concerned with halucinagenic and othe mind altering drugs. You can bet arnold juiced in some of his recent films following the cessation of his pro BB career in order to maintain the essence of his carismatic presence he used so effectively to advance his goals in acting. Anythinhg he admits or denies later in his career you can be sure are just more forthough tactics to keep forwarding whatever future goal he has in mind for himself
