Try eating a Carbolite Crisp bar. They have >1 carbs and taste just like a Nestle Crunch bar. One bar has 74 calories, 5 g fat, 0.84 g of carbs and a gram of protein. They cost less than $2 and help me keep my sanity.

What is your bodyfat??? If it is below your setpoint, these cravings are your body telling you it is starving, thus refeeds would be in order.
