dude from my old gym had the same issue. he was a super heavyweight and couldnt get his lat to contract. went to a bunch of doctors and they all said scar tissue was limiting the ability to contract the muscle. it fucked up his chances big time.

Ronnie must think we're all a bunch of blind fools. I heard him vehemently denying it when questioned about it on an interview for bodybuilding talk radio. It's so obvious, it made him look pretty stupid denying it.

the above comp was the one time where everyone including other competitors were in awe of how some one could get that in shape

I remember reading articles on it ( about the comp) and they basically said he did not get too out of shape after the Olympia and was able to take it up a notch and get more cut for the Arnold by being lighter.

I was at that show, and while he looked good, Cutler should have won IMO. Ronnie is impressive, but that gut looks like shit. Not to mention he is about as bad of an ambassador for the sport as I can think of. Hearing him talk on Leno once dropped my IQ about 30 pts.

It's all about size now no proportion. Look at Arnold's old physique compared to Ronnie's. He was always a nice guy Ronnie and is no doubt huge. I think Ronnie was best in his earlier years. Just IMHO
