This should get me ripped!

Like everyone in the world, i want to be a ripped mother fucker. I want my abs to show like solid rock. My total body (besides my abs) is ripped and looks good. So, tell me about this diet I am going on to shred up, please let me know if it will be a good one.

Meals:
hambuger patties
skinless chicken breasts
egg whites
protien shakes

Drinks:
sugar free juice (no carbs)
diet soda (on carbs or sugar)

Snacks:
String cheese


Every 7th day I will load up on carbs for the first 2 meals of the day. That will include fruits, breads and one sweet treat. Other than that my protien intake will be like 250-300 grams per day, with no carbs and high to med fat intake.

I will do this diet until I see my abs in clear daylight.

Also, cardio 3-5 times per week 20-45 min with my normal 3 day a week weight training.

Right now I am 6' 2" 230lbs at around 16% Body fat.

Help me!
 
Lowe, if I were you, I would drop the diet soda. I know it dosen't have any calories or carbs but the sodium in it could choke a horse. If I were you I would look into some crystal light. Their lemonade and ice tea is fantastic. Other than that the diet looks great. Good Luck.
 
get a low sodium diet soda ... Sprite only has 25 mg. .. that's fuckin low !

Flex Wheeler, by the way, drinks Coke all the time ... saw his pic in M&F June 2001 (the latest edition) ... drinking a can of Coke.
 
I only drink the diet soda when I am eating dinner, other than that it is sugar free punch. Tastes like shit, but that whole diet does. I am feeling week, only 2nd day but on my way to ripped city :D

Thanks for the tips, I will keep you posted and try to get before and after pics up.

PS Only drug I am using is Hydroxycut (spelling).

I've never seen a diet soda with more than 35mg of sodium in it... That's nothing unless you are two days away from a show.
 
Just sent you an e-mail Lowe254, so read and reply if you want any more info... As for Hydroxycut, you might want to try Adipo-Kinetics or Lipo-Kinetics. I typically alternate my thermogenics week to week...
