This fag was doing these squats while balancing on top of a body ball......... Like why wouldn't he just stand his ass on the floor and do normal ass squats !!!

those people that do all this fancy bodyball work with weights is ridiculous !!!

JUST DO CORE EXERCISES FOR GOD SAKES !!!

only thing that is acceptable is ab work on the body ball !!!

Almost as bad when I see guys doing pilates !!! ARRRRRRR JUST GO DO SOME SQUATS OR DEADS OR DIPS OR CHINS OR PULL UPS !!!
 
lol... well, you can't blame him, it was probably a personal trainer or instructor that told him to do it 'cos there crap like that.
 
I never understood how the ball caught on. If we where certified as trainers we would have no clientel after the first few weeks. Why? Because we are there to make them work not to make them feel like they worked.
 
I'd kill my clients in a week...

Seriously, I can't see the average person being proud of his bruises from the squat bar, or gaining a sense of satisfaction after throwing up.

The bruises I'm fine with. I get pissed when I throw up because there goes whats left of meal.
 
majority of personal trainers make me vomit..... I am almost at that point where I want to throw a plate at them when i see them training someone at the gym
 
One kid was standing on one foot ballancing on one of those balls, they are not round but kinda oval. And he was doing barbel curls at the same time. I was like, omg, how dumb does this kid look.
 
I use the ball sometimes to do squats I really like it.. I also use it to work my hamstrings. I have had back problems most of my life and using the ball during my rehab really helped me. So when I am not lifting really heavy I sometimes I will use it for all my lifting so that I practice using all my muscles during exercises.

I am a CTP and there are many reasons for using the stability ball (The Big Round One) and the Bosu Ball ( the half balf). Remember not everyone trains to get huge or build as much muscle as possible and EVERYONE has different goals or some may have injuries, so why not chill out on the people using this equipment or balls and remember that atleast they are giving an effort. Also most (DEFINETLY NOT ALL) Personal Trainers do have very good reasons for having people use the ball, oh and by the way the ball is a great way to train your core and one of the most effective ways.

OMG, maybe he was improving his joint stabilization, balance and coordination!

mikeyboy, by your logic, I guess quite a few professional athletes are "fags" for doing this type of work. Maybe you can shout at them from your general admission seats that their training protocols are ineffective.
