ok i havent been on any juice for over three years. i have taken some clen at abouot 50 mcg a day but thats it. i took the clen about two months ago and it was for two weeks. here is the problem, i started working out real hard again about 5 months ago, and about 2 months later my left nipple began to get very sensitive. while i was on steroids (3 years ago) i did get some slight gyno but i controlled it with armidex and nolvadex. the gyno that i am getting now( i assume its gyno) is more painful and seems to be bigger in size. over christmas break i was out of the country for two weeks and didnt work out at all and it felt like my nipple got less sensitive and the pain was less severe. do you guys have any idea what is causing this? it is so painful that when i sleep at night if i roll on it it will wake me up and it will throb. i was thinking of doing a cycle in a few weeks but now im having second thoughts. any ideas why this gyno would be coming back like this? also i took some nolvadex and armidex the past few days and that definetelly helps the pain and the size. but why would the gyno be coming back now? could it be from the new workout schedule?

thanks for the help, this is really bothoring me

i have a similar problem. haven't juiced in years, but have a bad sore spot in my nip. i heard gyno happens even to those who don't work out.

the only thing i was taking is clen, but now i have cut that. i might also note that when i started woring out again about five months ago, i concentrated on cutting. how can i get rid of this pain? i know it helps to take armidex but it just comes back in a few days, is there anyway to fix this besides surgery? also should i be worried to start my new cycle?

You know if I had those symptoms, I would march into my doc and demand surgery to correct it. If you are not using and you are in obvious pain from a medical problem, then your insurance is obligated to act. If you don't have insurance then you sol, but if you do thats what you pay for. Don't waste your time trying to fix it, make the doc do it. Get the problem squared away before you start back with the gear. I have slight gyno and I almost wish I had those symptoms b/c I'd have my insurance paying my surgery bill in a split second.

what do i say if he asks about steroid use? should i just deny any use? also for those who have had the surgery, how bad does it hurt?

many say dont mention juice that it can go on record just ask whats wrong they should be able to tell and help you fix it. I have read that some men get gyno without gear usage.

Say what you would say if you had never heard of juice. Basically, doc I have these lumps that hurt like crazy and I want it to stop. He says have you ever used steroids, you say like you mean for getting muscles doc? Whats that got to do with these lumps? Docs aren't looking for a problem or to call you a liar and alot of guys get gyno from puberty. Just play totally dumb on any kind of enhancements or gear. You have an affliction, it their job to figure out why and fix it. Say nothing except it hurts and you want it solved.

EXACTLY.

you know i was thinking even when i got a slight case of gyno from juice a few years ago, it was never painful like this. why would this be painful and it not before?

thanks guys, im going to see a doctor tomorow

It could be painful b/c whatever is causing the problem is still occuring. I'll bet a good deal of the increased irritation is b/c you are messing with it every 2 seconds. Don't tell me you aren't cuz I know how it goes. I've been around bros experiencing the problems and they can't stop messing with their chest to see if its still sore, getting better, etc. Just leave it be and see the doc.

haha, your exactly right i do mess with it all the time. i have a doctor appoinntment on tuesday, ill let you guys know what he says. for future references, should .25 mg of armidex everyday be enough to stop gyno on most cycles?

Depends on how sensitive you are and what you're cycling. I typically use 1mg of arimidex or 2.5mg femara per day and throw in 20mg on nolvadex. This is quite high and most won't need it but if you're very sensitive and anre using strong andros. Point is that you will have to see what dose eliminates your symptoms. Try .5 ed or even 1mg to stop symptoms and the reduce daily intake once under control. Go lower until the symptoms return and then maintain at the lowest dose that solves the prob. This way your estro control is individualized to you and your cycle. I like to combo either arimidex/femara and nolvadex. Again see what you like. Good luck with the doc and stick to your guns bro. Go in their like its a broken leg. In other words, you've done nothing wrong and its their job to diagnose and fix the problem.
