So, yesterday was devin's first haircut and I'm snapping pictures when suddenly my camera just shuts off and the zoom wont go back in. It's just stuck there. I assume that I ran out of batteries. So, I put fresh batteries in and nothing happens.

This is the second digital camera I bought this year. The first one got left on the roof of the car by the fella in Texas.

So, I go to Wal Mart and say, "I just bought the second one of these here a few months ago and it just stopped working while I was using it.

She says, "So, what do you want me to do about it."

I say, "Man, this place sucks" and sulk away.

Anyone want to make my dreams come true and get me a Rebel XSi? lololol
 
Damn your weak walmart takes anything back just bring it in the box with a reciept(dont even need that either)and trade it for a store credit Ive brought back a 6 month old cum stained air mattress before and got store credit.

I'm going to try to take it to the return desk. I was talking to the person who sold it to me at the camera center. Good idea. Then, I'll just take the store credit and go get another one.

Glad your night went well

I had a Polaroid TV. Damn thing broke in less than a year. Luckily, I had gotten the extended warranty on it and traded the thing in and up when it broke.

So, I haven't had luck with Polaroid or Kodak
 
I'll send you a Polaroid with film if you'll return it full of sphincter pix...ideally yours.

Depending on the cost of the camera, it may have a serial number lock when you return it, therefore this wont work b/c the register will make you enter a serial number. And if you try to swap the stickers, it WILL look tampered with and you will be flat out refused. I dont know how many punks with Xbox's, Playstations, etc that I PWNED with this.
 
Did you check to see if the batteries were dead?

Get an XTi, they are about $300 now in mint condition. That is what I use. I have a 40D that basically just sits in the box.

The upgrade to the XSi is not worth the coin, unless you simply can NOT live without the Live View feature. The rest of the improvements you would never use/notice anyway.
 
I have a 40D and live near the Canon factory and i almost said canon will fix it for certain till I noticed it wasn't an XSi lol. Kodak has warranty info

Hey, I'll look for that!

Well, I broke down and bought camera number 3 of the year yesterday. UGH. I didn't want to be without a camera. I'm going to use it for haloween and then return it. Screw Wally world! They have a 15 day return policy on cameras. So, they screwed me on this last one but I will screw them on this one.

I'm sending the broken one back to Kodak. It's still under warranty.
