I agree whole heartedly... the dosages of a cycle need to be congruent with ones goals and experience. What works for one person, will not necessarily work for another.

6-"I did well on 250mg of sust (or 200mg of deca) a week!" Sust is designed to be shot every 3-4 weeks. Deca is a long acting ester. They both build up in your system so by week 4-5 you have a LOT more than 200-250mg of drugs in your system.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Sust had prop that only make it REAL effective at E3D????

Sustanon 250 contain 1 short, 1 long and 2 medium length esters that are all delivered over time, which gives a quick release, but a durable one as well. You may think that this is a positive thing, and to patients requiring testosterone therapy this probably is, but to a steroid user its really not.
A steroid user will use a long-acting testosterone and inject it once a week. The end of a week is usually the time when a long-acting (7 or 8 carbon) ester has tapered down to its original level and threatens to drop below that level, giving sub-par amounts of testosterone beyond that point (eventhough the compound stays somewhat active for 3-4 weeks). With sustanon, that equal amount is divided much differently. Imagine a hypothetical situation where one take either 270 mg of a an ester that lasts 6 days, or 270 mg of a blend of different esters, 90 mg each, that release over respectively 2, 4 and 6 days, analog to sustanon. With the first one, an even amount of testosterone is released on each day. With the second one the entire first ester, half the second ester and 1/3rd of the last ester is released within the first two days. The result here is clear : the first two days one gets 165 mg, the next two one gets 75 mg and the last 2 days one gets a mere 30 mg. The levels peak much sooner, and drop off sooner, leaving you with less than adequate androgen levels as the week draws to a close.

The above info about Sust/Omna is inaccurate. Most guys analyze Sust/Omna by each individual ester, instead of the way it was intended when it was created. Check out Andy13's post below about Sustanon/Omnadren. He says Sust/Omna should be treated and used like a single ester product on the lines of Enanthate and Cypionate.

Take whatever you want, low or high. Just realize that high doses give bigger gains, and may or may not give more sides.
Here's how I dose: I increase doses until I begin to feel uncomfortable, and then I back off a bit. Simple.

250mg of Test or 300mg of Eq? Come on, that's just a waste! I can honestly say that if you are considering a 250mg Test cycle, you are better off staying Natural. You can achieve your goals with a little more perseverance.

If you can gain well on these Mickey Mouse cycles, then you shouldn't be using steroids. If you are going to turn to the darkside...do it right!!!
If I decide to rob a bank, I'm not going to take only half the money. The risk is still the same. I would take all the money, but I wouldn't take the customer's money because it will greatly increase the time I spend at the bank, ie risk, for minimal benefit. If I plan on taking only half the money (low dose), I'm better off working my regular job for a little while (Natural).
Who's lost ?
Btw, there is a substantial difference between 400mg of Deca vs 400mg of Test vs 400mg of EQ. Deca is much stronger, and I wouldn't recommend more than 300mg.
