I was using a single compound at the time.
Cannot remember because I staggered them.
Either:
100 mg BD tren per week,
200 mg QV deca per week, or
50 mg BD var per day.
That was all at the time.
I attribute it to years of training and getting my body fat low and using a compound that does not cause water retention.
I am not hyping a single product. But one or the other or the other are sufficient to hold onto muscle while losing fat and that's when the vascularity shows. Not after one or a few shots of EQ.
I also attribute solely those legs to God who gave me them and also gives me the strength to go through weekly squat sessions. I always pray before the heavy sets. So, don't give me props, the honor and glory goes to God. Without God, I cannot achieve anything, other than sinning. Praise God. No pride. But look what God has given me. You cannot brag about something you received. You should only say thanks. All thanks and glory to God the Father, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
