there are slightly better bumps than showed up.. but this is where i'm at. i need to build up my shoulders and back to compensate for my hips, i know.

well that's the thing... i'm not eating enough... the schedule with school i have to sort out for cooking, etc.

my cardio i tend to jog twice a week... 30 mins so i don't hurt my knee... i prefer jogging.

and lift ideally 3x a week.

i need to go buy protein powder for shakes because i forgot it at home. i need to eat more often too... since going from work to school i'm all screwed up. i'm eating pretty well though.

whole grains, chicken breasts, fat free turkey, egg whites, yogurt... water

you're getting there though.. i see the abs!! :)

get out there and lift your ass of in the gym.. then eat lots of clean food.... cook a pile and put it in little containers so you don't have to worry about it as often...( i buy a jumbo package of chicken breasts (usually 12-15) and cook 'em all at once.. they last me 2-3 days..... (sometimes less if the fiance gets into 'em)...

and then i do it all over again...

microwave becomes your good friend... (i nuke everything... sweet potato, asparagus, brocolli, brussel sprouts, red potato... and then whatever protein (chicken, beef, turkey, etc)...)

then i put it in a big bowl and chow down... it becomes a habit more than anything... i even chop everything up for the day when i first get into work and put it in separate bowls... that way all i have to do is go drop a bowl off in the microwave and come back in a few minutes and pick it up :)

btw, careful with the pics... there's that guy that has that photo album... these might end up in there.... there's ones of me that i haven't posted on sheets in there... just thought i'd give ya a heads up...

By the way, I guess my shots that I have posted were considered porn? Hmmm, I guess I am being judged for some sexy, harmless shots? I'll have to step back and take a look at my inner self I gather.....

You have natural beauty smalls...but you gotta EAT GIRL!! I would love to train w/ you for a few days...id put some mass on those shoulders and arms!!!! Do not neglect your diet...I know school makes it crazy..in a few weeks i will be in school all freakin day...pack some shakes, bars, and make your food ahead of time. PLAN PLAN PLAN!!! This kind of lifestyle requires it...And you need to eat! Get your good clean sources of carbs as well...you could use those as well. I would concentrate on lifting heavy and making sure your training is on the right track...as for cardio...least of your worries. You want some more lean mass....Keep taking pics every few months so you can see your progress...it is motivating as well:) u are so cute!
 
Maybe you should ask W6 for a few sessions....i was a skinny toothpick when i started to train w/ W6....Now I actually got me some shoulders and traps:) along w/ the rest of my physique....you would never be the same;)
 
hey, anything to look as damn good as you do new@gettinbig... ANYTHING!

i have to set myself a little schedule to follow so that i don't end up neglecting my training or diet.

Are you trying to get into competition shape or do you have a problem with body image?

If it's the former, then, (sorry to say from an MD), but you might need a touch of the AS.

If it's the latter, then see a shrink because (no pornographic implication) you look good enough to eat! You have been blessed with a wonderful, complete, package

i just started working out... in feb... so no AS for me

i was too thin and wanted to put muscle on... so i just want to get as fit as i can...
