last time I come on this board. Although I never post much, I come here several times a day and have learned a great deal on AS, diet, supps, training as well as seen some pretty nice pics from some of the ladies on here...I even was able to withstand some of the crappy threads that made its way on here.......now--
we have to f*cking pay to read things, to teach each other new ideas, and to learn from others-------that is a complete slap in the face........
I have also visited another board---which is free.......anabolex.com--------head over there, same info, but they have a discount there----NO COST
so george, take your board, take your protien, your ppa, and your t-shirts and stick them all up your a**!!!!
