Your father sounds like he would be cool to hang out with. I understand his desire to live the way he does, my father always had a special place in his heart for the mountains of NC. I have to say that you have impressed me also, with the way you are helping your father out. I understand that it is also helping you out, but it is still a cool thing for you to do.

Yep, it's definitely a mutually beneficial situation. We're not living in the same pad, so we get our own time and space too which is always a good thing. It's a very workable setup.
