So I'm 23, and have hungout a couple times with this girl I met online. She's 19, in college, has a good number of friends, lives off campus with a few roomates. Sunday night we watched a movie with her and her older sister in the movie theatre. Monday night we played trivia with her friends at TGI Fridays.

It's my turn to come up with an idea, since she thought of stuff the last 2 times. I'm trying to think of something fun for us to do. My friends aren't as cool as hers. Mine are older, overweight, and don't go out as much.

I can't bring her to a bar or anything cuz she's 19, so I'm trying to think of some alternative fun ways for us to hangout. She's pretty hot, so I'm kinda nervous and think that the spotline and the pressure is on me.


So far she's been leading the show, she invited me to hangout both times and she texts me on a somewhat regular basis. I'd love it if she just continued to lead and everything, but I'm worried that if I don't put in my half, she'll bail.

problem: i live at home with my parents. she lives with roomates in an apartment. thus she has more independence than i do.

ive been playing it chill. so far she;s been coming up with everything, haha. i'd love to keep doing this, but i think pretty soon she'll expect me to do something.
in the last few months ive become very good at sucking it up and taking the pain and waiting, just staying still.

I guess I like your idea, I just need to come up with a date idea. but im not going to focus on this too much because then i lose my edge, i think that the key is to not care.

I surround myself with good people who know how to laugh. This has never backfired no matter how good looking or shallow the girls I've brought back have been. Plus if the girl really liked you, (or at least not a piece of shit) she'd make an effort to at least be civil with your friends.

Just be what u are and don't worry about what people on here think or say. I get the impression that ur not looking for the same type of relationships/interactions as some of the other people here on C&C.
I'm not saying it's wrong for them to do what they do but it doesn't sound like it's how u roll.
U have posted a gazillion threads on here about relationships and always tend to get the short end of the stick. Just keep trucking. U will find what's right for u as these people are finding what works for them.

Well folks, tonight I hit a home run :) I kissed the 19 year old, and I went out clubbing afterwards and had some major success.

So we hungout again. At first she was playing coy when i was texting her, and when i asked her what she was doing tonight said she might be going out. I said "me too, maybe we could work something", and she invited me along. I had supper with her friends (guys and girls) and its pretty funny because they are all really open minded and make sick jokes all the time. We had fun.

Anyway, we go back to her place to play some Rock Band on ps2, and then later on her friends leave and we are chatting for awhile. We are sitting on the couch, and we she laughed because a new years kiss poster was still up on her wall, and i asked if she wanted a good night kiss, and she laughed and said "i dont care, sure" but turned her head right towards me and we madeout for a bit. Then we said goodnight, I took off and hit up the club. (she had to go to bed at 11 cuz she had work at 6am the next day, and also i wanted to leave cuz a hot chick friend wanted to meet up with me at the club)

So at the club there was a pajama party and the place was packed. I danced with a variety of hot chicks there including my female friend that came. I got shot down a ton but I kept on asking, and ended up dancing with about 4-5 hot girls way out of my league but it didnt matter. I got so hard it was funny... to keep others from noticing, when i was done dancing with a girl I sorta crouched and danced low or faced a corner for awhile and then faced the crowd again after the hormones had subsided.

The best part was I handled rejection very well, didnt get pissed off, and was social with everyone and having fun the whole night. I think I got along with every dude in the place, and even most of the chicks that rejected me, I still joked around with them and we had a good time. Also several women were a little standoffish to me at first but I was able to convince them to dance with me anyway through my positive persitance and humor. With one of those girls, we both had a blast dancing.

All in all, a great success tonight.

Just be what u are and don't worry about what people on here think or say. I get the impression that ur not looking for the same type of relationships/interactions as some of the other people here on C&C.
I'm not saying it's wrong for them to do what they do but it doesn't sound like it's how u roll.
U have posted a gazillion threads on here about relationships and always tend to get the short end of the stick. Just keep trucking. U will find what's right for u as these people are finding what works for them.
U know this girl and we don't. I could prolly help u think of some things to do but I don't know anything about her. I don't have the patience to read all 99 pages of this thread. I know she's 19. I know she likes movies and prolly likes trivia games. What type of 19 year old is she(because they aren't all the same). I was way different than most of the 19 year old girls I knew. It depends on what type of girl she is.

Yeah, you are absolutely correct. I'm not like most people on here. I'm not looking for a lay, but I'm still looking to have fun. And I love being around women. I think persistance has really paid off though, because I'm getting better and better every day at talking to women.
She doesn't seem like most 19 year old girls. She is shy and kinda goofy, and like me in a lot of ways. She seems like a good girl and I heard tonight that she was a virgin, yet she is the hottest in her group of friends. The only downside is that she doesnt share the same faith that I do. But I enjoy her friendship and kissing her is fun too, as I learned tonight ;)

he has to go through self development far beyond what he's been through to reach that level. but at least internally he's progressing

dude needs some style, a better job, and his own crib to reach that level
