I just got a ticket a few weeks ago and I had to sign it.

If you didn't sign it, how can they prove it was actually YOU driving?

If he spelt your name wrong it's called a fatal error and the ticket will get thrown out. Fight it. Technically it's not a ticket for you if it isn't in your exact name. Like if he got the license plate wrong.
