Sounds nuts but it works and its palatable.
First two meals of day:
8eggs using 2 yollks scrambled in pam
1 cup oatmeal
eat that first two meals.
Next 4 or 5 meals eat
red meat(round steak, flank steak, top sirloin)
and any green veggie
THats it, will shred you up.
And hold muscle.
I used that diet for bodybuilding show last year and one.,
I get tired of chicken to easy, but this one I never get tired of red meat.
