this enough for a first cycle?

Right now im 6'1, 195lbs, 13-14%bf


K, this is what Im thinking about getting right now; 16 amps of omnas, and 100 romanian dbol tabs, also Is 24 50mg clomids and 30 20mg nolvas enough? or should I get more of those? Any other suggestions?
 
Yes, run the omna's 500mg/wk for 8 weeks. I'd throw some eq in there too, but that's me. You need at least 28 clomid to do 100/50/50.

That will be enough to stop gyno if it rears it's head. If you get low stop the test, or get more
 
2Thick, you think 500mg a week for 8 is too much? All the differant reccomendations on this board are confusing me lol what about 500 for 6 weeks and 250 for the last two, also the romanians are 5mg tabs aren't they?
 
If your diet is on and you train your ass off then you could make good gains with 250 per week. Half of the people that gave you advice have never used gear themselves.

There is no point in tapering the last 2 weeks of sustenon, but you could go for 500mg for 4 weeks then 250 for 4 weeks. That way you will make great gains next cycle with 500mg for 8 weeks.
 
With what you have you could try this, I would get more D-Bol though maybe 50-100 more tabs.

With those doses you should not need Nolva but make sure you have it on hand just in case. As 2Thick said make sure your diet is solid, train hard and you should be very happy with your results. Hope this helps, if you have any questions you can e-mail me anytime. Best of luck!

I tend to agree with 2Thick - we both seem to be reasonable dose people especially with guys on first few cycles.

250mg Sus is more than enough every 7 days. If you are going to do 500mg do it in the first few weeks and bring it down later. I would run the dbol to get at least 4 weeks out of it. In a stack even 15mg daily (3 pills) will produce real nice synergistic effects with the test. Better to run it for a longer time than front load it all.

Don't worry about getting more gear. Hell, I've done cycles of dbol alone with 100 pills over a month and gained over 10lbs of LBM - I also focus a ton on training deads, squat, and bench so diet and training play a large part in size gains.
 
THAT'S MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR A FIRST CYCLE. I GAINED THIRTY POUNDS MY FIRST CYCLE AND I DIDN'T TAKE HALF WHAT YOU HAVE.

YOU MAY WANT TO START OUT SLOW. 500MG TEST AND 25 MG/DBOL ISN'T A PANSY CYCLE BY ANY MEANS. I'D START WITH 250MG SUST AND 15-20 MG DBOL. JUST MY OPINION THOUGH, YOU'LL GAIN EITHER WAY :)
 
Ill decide what to buy depending on my next paycheck, I know that Im going to get 12 amps of sust at the very least, I wanna put on some mad mass, Im gonna up my cals a ton and everything, The fact that I work at GNC gaurantees Ill never miss a meal do to work. The only thing that Im missing is a kick ass training program. Anybody have a good program to do? Training while on juice is supposed to be differant and more intense than wothout isn't it?
 
500mg ain't as hardcore as you might think. I remember when I was a newbie and I was so scared to do 250mg of test because I thought I'd get gyno, lose my hair, etc. etc. Thank god I didn't listen to the guys telling me to take one amp a week. I did 750mg a week with no anti-estrogens and 6 weeks of d-bol at 35mg a day and suffered from zero side effects. I gained 40lbs on my bench and about 10lbs in bodyweight. The strength gains were amazing, but I wanted a whole lot more size. I ate perfectly as well. Anyways, you have to think that the pros do about 10 grams of shit a week, so when you think of 500mg to 750mg it really isn't that much. For my second cycle I'm going way over a gram, becuase I'm an all or nothing, Ride or Die motha f**ka!:cool:
 
If you only gained 10 lbs at that dosage on your 1st cycle there is a problem - either your training sucks, you starved your body, or your test receptors are are the worst.

I've put on 20lbs from 15-25mg of dbol over a period of 4.5 weeks. No stacking. LBM gain was 12lbs. I tend to gain a lot with very little juice but total mg intake is no substitute for training.

Most of the juicers at my gym don't even squat and when they do their heels come up and they can't get to parallel. What a joke and a waste. They could take 1/2 the drugs and make twice the gains. They might even keep some of them and not have to cycle again and again.
