I just finished half a box of cookies.
tough shit - not sure how long I can keep up this diet.
hell, it doesn't even seem to be working - I think I'm getting fatter. but I hear a lot of times you hold water when dieting, so maybe it is just water.
also I had a steak and cheese sub at lunch.
and some ice cream last night.
fucking killing me.
how do you guys keep this up for longer than a few days? I barely have enough energy to get up and go to work let alone make it to the gym and workout.
