If you're reffering to the pic I attached then no this dress isnt used anymore in duty since the 50's I think. Horses are, in most cases used by the Carroussel when they present shows all across Canada.

When members pay money to a site, especially one like this, they dont expect the mods to be narcs and snitches..

I sincerely hope that I am not the only one that has a problem with mods acting like/ being snitches..

If so, You guys will end up in the same situation I am here and I dont think it will be quite as funny then.
