I have found that most women who come from some "money" tend to not take agression to the prenup they have an understanding of the impact of money. They dont give the whole "thats what you think of me".... If you make the prenup some what reasonable that it. It cant be like everything for me nothing for you.

If it were me I would put it in sighning that if we were to seperate then i will make sure she is where she left or better. Like maybe she left with a car she owned or a house she sold to live with you ect.

Pre nump is not a bad Idea. But, getting married at 21 is!. Especially, if you have been w/her since a teenager! Bro, you need to live. I just went to a class reuinion and everyone who was married in there early 20's is dovorced. I asked them all why. They said they never got a chance to live. Now they are doing it. But, they also have kids now.

I'm not hating on you bro. In my early 20's I graduated college w/honors, owned my own business, and was very level headed. I thought I knew everything. 10yrs later I realize how little I knew. I am a totally different person in my thirties. (everyone changes but most couples do not change the same way)

Because you just never can tell. It may seem perfect today, the love may be so strong that you could never think of leaving her, but things can change over time. No one can tell what the future holds, you can do everything right and still end up divorced due to no fault of your own. Why open yourself up to possibly getting raked over the coals because she may someday change her mind?

It's just a good idea in today's world of independant women and greedy lawyers, especially when the divorce rate is so incredibly high.
