Yea showtime is right put water back in and boil it up. Dont scrape it hard or you will take the coating off. and remeber dont cook in high with teflon
Decent nonstick surface/teflon would have not required you to do that.
Some of the made in European pans (eg: Germany) are imbued with quality metal (very thick) and their teflon are so tough. It is much heavier than the cheap ass pan.
When it comes to frying pan, it is worth investing on a quality one (consequently more expensive though)
Little update, I put it on the stove and threw some water in it until it boil for 10 mins. Then I scrubbed a little and repeated the process 3 timess. Pan is squeeky new now.
