Thighs rubbing together. Solutions????

I have a thin frame and have gained moderate strength and mass doing leg work. But now my inner thighs rub together when I walk which is not only uncomfortable, but I fear I may end up walking funny. I'm thinking of stopping all hamstring and pressing exercises, and try to focus on quad and glute isolation exercises only(extensions and cable kickbacks), since they are still not near the size I want them to be. Is it even possible to bulk up lower quads near the knee?

Anyone else have this dilemma? I not a competing BB'er and just want an elite beach body, and since long shorts are the style now, no one ever sees upper quads and hams anyways. Only calves, lower quads, and glutes show, all of which are still too skinny on my body!
 
When I run. What nitro said. I've even tried to rub vaseline between them before I run. The right pants work best by far.
 
welcome to leg training and leg growth, too many suckers don't train legs- enjoy it.

Not much you can do about it but wear pants that ride high in the crotch (but not too high of course) so that you have some fabric between your thighs. Just be prepared to go through a lot of pants.

He is learning to deal with it and asking what others do. If you are so offended by his question then dont bother posting in the thread, comments like yours serve no purpose.
 
I'm getting the same thing bro, my pants are all getting to tight in the leg area but if i buy the next size up the waist is too big! Beats being a skinny weak fucker any day though.
 
I sometimes get a bad case of monkey butt(chaffing) at work from my upper quads to the crack of my ass. gold bond is ur friend.
 
I call these "good problems" I have to cut the bottom of my boxers because they ride up over my quads all day, it is impossible to dry the middle of my back (my spine) after a shower because my spinal erectors are too big, I stopped doing shrugs altogether because my traps have officially swallowed my neck, I have to buy pants with a waist 4 inches extra large so my nutts can breathe and, worst of all, according to a scale that goes only on height and weight I am obese (not overweight or fat, but obese) because I am 5ft 5 and 192lbs. Welcome to bodybuilding bro - we're a different fuckin breed.
