I have a thin frame and have gained moderate strength and mass doing leg work. But now my inner thighs rub together when I walk which is not only uncomfortable, but I fear I may end up walking funny. I'm thinking of stopping all hamstring and pressing exercises, and try to focus on quad and glute isolation exercises only(extensions and cable kickbacks), since they are still not near the size I want them to be. Is it even possible to bulk up lower quads near the knee?
Anyone else have this dilemma? I not a competing BB'er and just want an elite beach body, and since long shorts are the style now, no one ever sees upper quads and hams anyways. Only calves, lower quads, and glutes show, all of which are still too skinny on my body!
