what type of bar is that. I see you holding onto 2 handles???

its a safety squat bar.....

It puts the weight high on the neck so it causes you to tip forward. Forcing you to keep an arch the whole lift. If you don't keep an arch it will crush you forward making it into good morning.

That bar is GREAT, my problem was not my legs. My legs are strong as hell. Its the other muscle that work in the squat. My upper back would collapse at 600lbs and would put me in a position where i was unable to squat it back up....

That is why i use the safety squat bar. I have been using it maybe 1 month now, and can notice that i do not tip forward with the reg bar anymore.

I've never used chains and don't intend to, but I don't understand why you'd want to lighten the load in the bottom. IOW, what's the point of squatting 185 out of the hole?

it simulates using a squat suit

That is actually the origin of the chains. PL's aren't just strong. Some be smart two.

I just noticed the thing under your avatar. haha

'assaulting rack curlers' (sometimes with chains)
