Thermorexin feedback: post here

So whats really the difference here? Is it just more affective if taken throughout the day?
 
I find it to me most effective if taken to help curb mid morning cravings.

Assuming you are taking CB pre AM cardio, you can start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.

Oh & Aries, T-Rex tends to work better with a little carbs as well. It uses carbs as fuel to 'heat you up', because there needs to be a 'fuel' for thermogensis (the actual process by which the body generates heat).

BY NO MEANS I am saying you should not take t-rex if you are low carbing, I'm just saying you want more heat, throw some fuel on the fire.

I have been taking the Thermorexin but its a killer on the stomach even with the meals. I stopped taking in the morning on an empty stomach and rather just take 2 CB before my morning cardio.. then with my post work out shake I take 2 thermos... I have been on it for about 3 weeks... I like the results but its a damper on the stomach.. Can anyone suggest different product from anafit that is not as harsh as Thermorexin???

just use Cardio Breeze throughout the day. You can add levorex. For appetite suppression you can (probably) add synephrine (its usually the yohimbine from the thermorexin that causes stomach issues) if you need appetite suppression.
