So far so good... took one this morning on an empty stomach and that wasnt too good, so I abe a small piece of banana as directed on the instructions..just took another capsule with my lunch...

Maybe a silly question, but what makes people respond differently to stims such as t-rex? I took one last night and one this morning, and I feel just a "bit" of an edge. My husband, however (80 lbs my senior) took just one this morning and started sweating, feeling nauseous, etc. We both took it with meals. If it's not bodyweight, then what?

BTW Macro69 - about the EI Asthma, felt a bit different with cardio last night after 1 t-rex (breathing came a bit easier), but I didn't have the confidence to really hit it hard with cardio until I've had a full day of t-rex. Tonight I will kick it and let you know on this thread how it went (I don't remember where the other thread is.)

Tolerance isn't based on weight. It's based on many factors. Some people get sea sick for instance and other don't. The tolerance to the stim effect is usually based on how often the person has used them and at what levels.
 
Taking 1-2 in the AM, and dependant on how I'm feeling or whether I'm doing PM Cardio, another in early afternoon.

Engery levels are great, even during mid-afternoon slump time. I'm smiling on the treadmill - at 7 AM **or** PM!

I'm good for 3-4 hours before my tummy reminds me that I need to eat and I'm not craving so much. Staying very clean - and an apple or some raspberries satisfy the sweet tooth.

And... I'm down another 0.5% body fat!! Woot!
 
Couple of questions. Im thinking about getting Trex but want to know if it is a good idea to take while carb cycling? I do as follows: Day 1-130g, then for 3 days I will drop them to 75-85g, then back up to 130g.
Also, while reading the thread, I noticed everyone is taking this product various times throughout the day. Is this the recommended dose? Could it work if you just took it in the am before cardio????
