Posting a message because it's 1:00 in the morning and thanks to T-Rex, I am wide awake (usually go to sleep at 11:00).
Just a little feedback about my previous thermogenic supplement experiences and the difference I find with T-Rex.
For the last 3 months, I have been doing the ECA stack although I have probably been going a little hard on the dosages. I do 200 mg caffeine and 25 mg ephedrine when I get up in the morning. 45 minutes before a workout, I do 200 mg caffeine and 75 mg ephedrine and find this gets me though a pretty good workout.
Got my T-Rex, Liporexin and YES yesterday and did 1 T-REx and 1 Lipo 3 times during the day with no noticable effects, actually had a pretty crappy workout - no energy but probably has something to do with not having my 75 mg of ephedrine -mmmm ephedrine
Today I switched to 2 t-rex along with 2 lipo 3 times, the last time was right before my workout at 5:00. I guess I also did the YES as well. Had a great workout and felt pretty good after the workout. I guess I assumed the fact that I was so accustomed to the ECA stack that t-rex would not keep me up 8 hrs later was incorrect.
Can't really talk to any results yet but just wanted to give people the heads up on what to expect (or at least what I experienced).
