Thermoexin stuck in throat....it burns

I know this must happen to everyone once in a while. What is the best method so they don't get caught in your throat and start that burning sensation? I always use water.

I had roomate who used to keep his vitamins and shit in the freezer, and one day he was getting them and started to take something, and it got stuck pretty bad in his throat, so he started moving quickly towards the sink, not closing the freezer door first and clothes-lined himself on the freezer door.. It was funny shit.

I never had a pill/cap get stuck in my throat that derived from gelatin. Water ALWAYS carried it find. The bigger caps (like liver tabs) are a different story. Needless to say, drinking water was relieve it

water and make sure to swallow more than once, followed by water..

its hard to drink too much water. so extra a pill time is always a good idea

I usually drink water right before, and of course right after. I find water right before kid of lubes the throat

I drink a whole cup of water with mine, that is not a pill you can take while driving without liquid nearby. kills

I have that problem too. On rare occasion, the pill is just stuck there and dissolves... I eventually end up coughing up the powder from the pill. (NAAAAASSSSSTTTYYYY!!!!)

My solution is to take your pill right before eating. It helps to force the bugger down. Works for me.

Heat up some water in the microwave - not boiling but just warmer the warm
drink that - the heat will help push it down.

i hate that and how bout an ALA getting stuck. Heart Burn like you wouldnt believe. The Thermorexins just taste like ass when they get caught.

what i do is place it on your tongue. Let your saliva moisten the pill. Your saliva will make it slimy. Then shoot it down with some water. It wont get stuck b/c its very slippery from your saliva.

Works every time.
