There's Choclate Cake with Chocolate Icing

In the kitchenette..

Yea those damn bitches did it... A day late, was supposed to bring it on Monday.. but they pranced in my office with a very yummy cake and card.

OMG IT SMELLS SO GOOD!

so.. I had to go and fix a Protein Shake and there the demon thing is sitting on the counter whispering "eat me" (no pun) "come on Frisky... One bite won't hurt"

Damnit! My mouth is watering..

so instead.. I get the Whey protein that smells like Vanilla Icecream but taste like sweetened cardboard.

yep... 5 weeks and counting.

I will of course eat simple and clean aftwards, but not near how I am right now. i want to maintain a decent body fat and continue training... but I will enjoy the finer things as well.

FRISKY!!!! MICELLEAN!! Its by VPX, it tastes SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Seriously, it is the best tasting chocolate protein powder i've EVER had, and I've gone through HUNDREDS of different kinds of protein powders. Great stats on it too. :drink2:

5lbs of Sci Fit Vanilla IceCream
3lbs Muscle Milk Banana Creme
3lbs Muscle Milk Creme Brulee
3lbs Muscle Milk Mocha Joe

I will have to buy that one when i run out... but remind me in a few months.. I'd love to give it a try.

I like scifit's whey isolate (cookies and cream), its good, but not as good as my recent discovery of ISS cookies n cream. Its been a while since i've used EAS, but they're ok. Never used muscle milk tho, too many carbs in it (if I remember correctly), although I suppose I could use it immediate PWO... :whatever:

Muscle milk doesn't have many carbs 6g per scoop.. Its high in fat though..

I like that shake for meal 2.. it holds me over really good til my next solid meal.

Its not bad to have some fat's in your diet... Depends on the type of fat..

i realize that. I just don't want fat PWO, i want protein and carbs. (that's when I drink my protein shakes mostly, just as a PWO thing) Some people drink tons of them a day, but I prefer real food cuz it tastes better, is healthier (well it can be), more thermic effect, etc.

thats funny.........I was just looking at what I had and I have over 200 brand new protein bars (EAS contest).........myoplex carb sense, and all the new ones....I'm just not a bar fan, but I may have to switch during this phase..
