There Really Is A Difference

I'd rather spend the cash on juice rather than some hyped up supplement that may or may not work. If it does work it wouldn't be any better than juice.

juice like OJ or juice like test????

Well, first of all it not dried cows blood! But it is of a bovine source.

As far as the discount stuff...ain't my area. I'd encourage everyone to call PF if they have questions or requests. I know nothing of sales.

No one is claiming it's more anabolic than testosterone. The point is, steroids can't make muscle out of nothing -- they need protein. This is a protein source that have been proven to generate more growth than other protein sources. That's pretty huge IMO. The trouble is, the stuff is insanely expensive -- 43 bucks a pound -- and that's with virtually no mark up. And by itself, it would not taste wonderful. There's one other company using it but the actual content of SDBS is less than 2 %. BIG BLAST contains 10% SDBS plus whey isolate, NO2, creatine P12 and Omega 3's for $14.80. Come on. That's a pretty good deal.

I'm not going to try to convince anyone who doesn't care about maximum nitrogen retention. Sure, you can take a gram of test and eat McDonalds and grow. But for those who look for every nutritional advantage, this is a truly great product.

And by the way, BIG BLAST is the only PF product with a 100% positive feedback. (Click "reviews" to read).

And yes, like all Protein Factory powders, you can get it unflavored.

Bovine plasma is cows blood without the red blood cells. Plasma is the straw colored tissue that the red blood cells are suspended in. And it is mostly protein. I don't have any problem in using it as a protein source but lets call a spade a spade.

There is a post on this page about a guy that gave red blood cells and they put the plasma back in his arm.

Well, yes, it is derived from plasma -- which contains pretty much everything that keeps us alive, but it goes though a process whichisolates it, purifies it and renders it tasteless white powder. It still doesn't taste as good as whey isolate, which has a slight sweet, creamy flavor. It's bland. But it is a HUGE advancement in supplementation.

I know the idea of using plasma sounds a little gross but you can say the same thing about cows milk if you think about it. Hey, the old timers used to eat raw eggs, desicatted liver, yeast and colostrum from vet feed stores -- ANYTHING that would give them an anaboic edge. It's called dedication. SDPP is nothing compared to that and a thousand times more effective. In fact a lot of reviews mention how amazing BIG BLAST tastes. (The Tropical Orange is killer -- see for yourself). The hydrolyzed rice syrup is in part responsible. It tastes like sucrose! And even though there are "good" fats it's good to use post workout due to the HRS.
