The War On Drugs? Is It A Joke???

Rizzo

You're missing the point. Keeping rec drugs illegal is at the heart of the pharmaceutical industry's lobbying agenda. Interstingly, they spend more on lobbying than the Defense Industry and Labor Unions combined.

See - we CAN use their mind altering prozac and Zoloft, but we cant use cocaine.

The differences between a legal drug like ritalin and cocaine are smaller than you may think. The differences between legal drugs morphine or oxycontin (synthetic morphine) and illegal heroin are virtually non-existent: each is a powerful narcotic.

This is why we have a 'war' on drugs.

Not too mention that the illegal drug trade is a huge part of our economy. There are many powerful individuals involved in the importation/distribution of drugs in this country.

aas is such a small portion of that trade but still, the best thing for aas producers is to sell their products without goverment requirements. These things drive up costs and slim profit margins.

It's all about money....they could care less about the children or whatever else they try to use..

It is a joke, always has been, always will be.
Not because it is right or wrong, but because it
is a case of supply and demand.
As long as there is a demand for something,
there will be somebody there to supply it.

Yes it's a F joke They should spend the money for treatment, schools and medical research. Since the dawn of time people have been taking drugs. Hell even some animals take drugs in their natural form.:freak:

The war on drugs IS a joke. But the govt. can't just legalize all drugs. What do you think would become of our great nation if all drugs were legalized?

Very little would change.

Murderers, rapists, and child molestors would stop getting early release...average sentence for a rapist? 4.5 years, average sentence for distributing LSD in gram quantities? 10 years.

(old issue of musclemedia)

Thank you Wfabrizio

I couldn't agree more! The crime rate would drop....did anybody read the Playboy interview with the Arizona governor who supports legalization? The only politician with enough balls to speak the truth. The rest know the shit isn't working.
