In my experience regarding "veins", it's not just genetics.. Not even just BF issue.. Maybe it's the 1.2g of EQ a week

I think it is largely due to an increase in Red Blood cells from the EQ...but I could be wrong. You gotta remember, there is a reason that EQ was designed for race horses...endurance.
